Meet our Team

Jeanette Figueroa

Owner & Licensed Title Agent/Producer

Jeanette Figueroa is a co-owner of Empire Title & Closing LLC with over 10 years of experience and knowledge in the real estate industry from title to lending. Originally born and raised in New York, she moved to Oklahoma in 2008 to start her family. She is proudly of Puerto Rican descent and is enthusiastic about educating the real estate hispanic community in the Tulsa area. Jeanette is passionate about providing top-notch professional service to her clients while offering a personal and welcoming touch for the closing process.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and fur-babies. She is actively involved in charity and community outreach programs. Her favorite hobbies are traveling, kayaking, going for relaxing walks, dancing and painting.

Shawna Lee

Escrow Officer / Investor Specialist

Shawna Lee has been an integral part of the establishment of Empire Title and Closing, alongside Jeanette and Eli. She comes on as an Escrow Officer and Investor Specialist with over 15 years of experience in real estate. She is proud to say she was born and raised in Oklahoma. Shawna is passionate about helping individuals and families meet their goals and educating clients on various avenues of the closing process.

When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her 3 children, family and friends. She is an avid sports fan, her favorite being fastpitch softball. She strives to help people become better versions of themselves and is always looking to learn more. Her favorite hobbies are sports, binge watching true crime and historical documentaries, trying new food and traveling.
